These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all services provided by Alpine Rose Resort AG, in particular to accommodation, restaurant services, wellness offers and all other services for guests and contractual partners.
A contract is concluded when Alpine Rose Resort AG confirms a booking in writing, by telephone or electronically.
All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) including statutory VAT.
Payment is due at the latest on check‑out or after the service has been provided, unless otherwise agreed.
The hotel accepts common means of payment (cash, debit and credit cards).
Check‑in is possible from 3:00 p.m., check‑out until 11:00 a.m.
Late check‑out may be granted subject to availability and for an additional fee.
Cancellations free of charge are possible up to 7 days before arrival (unless otherwise agreed).
In the event of later cancellation or no‑show, the full stay will be charged.
Separate cancellation conditions apply for group bookings and special offers.
Alpine Rose Resort AG is liable only for damage caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct.
No liability is accepted for valuables, unless they have been expressly handed over for safekeeping.
Use of the wellness and spa area is at your own risk.
Children and young people under 16 years of age may only enter the spa when accompanied by an adult.
The hotel accepts no liability for injuries or damage resulting from improper use.
Restaurant reservations can be made by phone or online.
Reservations that are not honoured and not cancelled in good time may be charged.
Pets are allowed by prior arrangement and for an additional fee (except in the wellness area and restaurant).
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy of Alpine Rose Resort AG.
Swiss law applies exclusively.
The place of jurisdiction is Leukerbad, Switzerland.
Should individual provisions of these GTC be ineffective, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
